Lemon Vehicles
When you have purchased a lemon vehicle, such as a car, truck, motor home, or boat, I sue the manufacturer and/or dealer for breach of warranty or violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. My first course of action is to file a lawsuit in state court.
When needed, I advise you to pursue the Lemon Law, which is an administrative process through the Texas Department of Transportation.
Lemon Homes
When you have purchased a lemon home with structural problems, such as roof leaks, foundation problems, or pipe leaks, contact me. My first course of action is to write a letter to the builder to remedy the problems. If they don’t respond, I sue in State District Court.
